These content include but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, slogans, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations. 

Trademarks

YEMA, our logo and slogan are our trademarks. Additionally, graphics, icons, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names displayed on YEMA Services are our trademarks in the U.S. and other countries.  

Patents

Patents owned by YEMA, LLC are executed through YEMA Services and are protected by United States and international patent laws.  

Your Account

YEMA, LLC is not liable for unauthorized use of your account with or without your knowledge. It is your duty to safeguard your username and password when accessing YEMACALIF.COM or other YEMA services. 

Who we sell to

Even though we sell children stuff, only adults with a valid credit card or other permitted payment method have purchasing authority. Anyone below 18 can use YEMA Services with adult supervision. The right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders remains YEMA’s sole discretion.

Sharing

It’s ok to post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other contents that are not illegal. You will be held accountable for any obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasion of privacy, invasion of intellectual property rights and publicity rights. You may not use a false e-mail address to impersonate any person or entity or share misleading content. YEMA reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. Posting such content, unless we state otherwise, grants YEMA a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You grant YEMA and sub licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify YEMA for all claims resulting from content you supply. YEMA has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. YEMA, LLC takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Returns and Refunds and Title

YEMA, LLC does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, YEMA, LLC does not take title to the refunded item. 

Product Descriptions

Even though our products, available on YEMACALIF.COM Service, extremely accurate, YEMA does not warrant that product descriptions are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from error. If you are unsatisfied by any product offered by YEMACALIF.COM you could return it unused within 30 days.

App Authorizations

Accessing apps operated by YEMA, LLC grants us undeniable permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions.
