Shipping Policy

At YEMA, nothing is rushed—and nothing is accidental. Each piece is prepared with intention, honoring craftsmanship, story, and power. Below is everything you need to know about how your order moves from our hands to yours.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, limited drops, or periods of high demand, processing times may extend. This is part of our commitment to quality over speed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally (Except Canada) 

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

International Orders

YEMA ships internationally to select destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance times vary and are beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to activate.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded or replaced. Once an order has been processed, address changes are not guaranteed.

Delays & Carrier Control

While we partner with trusted carriers, YEMA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • External or unforeseen circumstances

Once your order leaves our care, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

YEMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location. For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yema@yemacalif.com including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
